when you become old you prepare for the other life – life in heaven.
By all your preparation the whole life is missed; you never lived your life.
And that is why there is a continuous fear for death because
death may come at any time and take away all your preparations.

Life is not preparing to pass through all these transitions.
Life is transforming all these transitions into a celebration.
The key for this transformation is your TOTALITY.
Bring your totality in living your life as it comes, as it unfolds.

If you are in your childhood be totally with it, rejoice it
out of your totality you will be READY to face the youth.
If you live your youth in its totality,
out of that you will be ready to face the old age.
So it is not question of preparation, it is all about your readiness.
It is your readiness transforms this very place in to heaven.

If you live your life in its totality when you are alive
you will be ready to welcome death at any moment.

Maturity is something that you bring to your life;

One may go on experience with out any awareness

Then the whole life consists of a long slow death.

By the quality of awareness that one brings to an experience
the same experience becomes maturity.
Experiencing with awareness, aging with awareness, is maturity.

A man of awareness goes on learning through all the experiences

Each experiences touching him deep down and
something of him- the unchanging is opening up.

The man of awareness is aging with wisdom.

Change exists only in the periphery

The changes appear because of our flickering consciousness.

If you gather your Consciousness to go inside, subjectively,
you will realize at your center of being,
there is no breathing, there is no heartbeat,

You are Pure witnessing Consciousness;
you are living in the ocean of cosmic consciousness.

Once you integrate yourself and realize that
you are pure Consciousness then
there is no death for you, you are immortal.

Consciousness vs. character

The man of character is mechanical; robot like.
The man of character is always the same, predictable,
he never grows and always afraid of new situations.
The man of character may be alive but not lives his life.
Character is false substitute for consciousness.

Consciousness gives you insight, awareness to go in to the life.
The man of consciousness simply acts in the present moment,
not out of the past, not out of the conditioning.
The man of consciousness responds to every new situation out of intelligence,
it is spontaneous, true to the situation.
The man of consciousness is alive, natural and has a beauty in all his actions.

Consciousness is free from character and
available to each moment with infinite choices.
You are pure consciousness, you are free from all conditioning and
only by realizing this you can use your conditioning.

Oneness attained through Consciousness.

Consciousness transcends all duality; all separations dissolve.
There is no separate identity, no divisions, no differences and no boundary.
There is no circumference only the center.
Only through THIS center of consciousness Oneness is attained.

A great blissfulness settles in your center, the whole existence is rejoicing with you.

To be one with the whole is bliss: to be separate with the whole is misery.

Consciousness is beyond concentration

results in feeling of exhausted and tiredness.

Consciousness is one’s natural ability to flow in all directions;
it is being aware of all.
It is beyond mind.
Consciousness is expansion, all inclusive.
Consciousness is to be available to the whole richness of existence;

Consciousness is a state of total relaxation and energetic.

Consciousness can concentrate on anything.
But the mind trained only to concentrate,
finds it not easy to relax and conscious of the whole.

And this state of Consciousness is what health.

Self-consciousness is the state of disease.
The river of consciousness is not flowing naturally.
The complex of ‘I’ blocked the flow of consciousness.
One goes on making boundaries around him and gets the idea of separation.
One goes on accumulating and has become incapable of sharing.
To be self-consciousness is to be against the whole of existence.
With that there is the state of conflict, struggle.
But one cannot hold this self against the whole.
And that is the constant fear; failure and frustration.

To be self-conscious is to be unconscious, closed, and dead.
Consciousness is infinite life, life abundant.

Freedom comes with responsibility

Heaven, hell and Moksha

Heaven and hell do not exist somewhere.
They are not geographical, they are psychological.
They are different states of mind.

Your greed creates heaven and your fear creates hell.

Unless you transcend both fear and greed
there is no freedom and there is no fulfillment.

It is up to you to transcend these psychological strategies to attain
Moksha– the Total freedom from both heaven and hell,
the state where there is no fear, no greed, no bondage….

Duty and Love

Duty is something forced upon you; you ‘have to’ do it.
Duty is a social obligation; it is a commitment not because of love.

If your act is out love then it has a different fragrance,
through your act you are sharing your joy.
Love is out of the desire to share; it is your total response.
Love is your joy; it is of your own heartbeats.
Love is being responsible; it is out of your own experience of joy.
Love is flowing; love is rejoicing.
Love is freedom, it is informal.

Duty is a false substitute for love.
Let all your action born out of love.

Life IS totality

It is all about regaining the lost innocence –then the whole life is infinite delight.

their politics, their nationality, their race, and everything of theirs.
The conditioning gone so deeply that you start thinking that
this conditioning is what you are.

Your conditioned mind is like an imprisonment and
preventing you from living YOUR life.
Everybody is conditioned in one way or the other.
And everybody has to learn to come out of this conditioning.

To know that you are conditioned is the first step towards it.

To be blissful is your choice.

Emotion with out attachment is LOVE

When you are emotionally attached
with your friends, your relations, your people….your things,
it is only of your ‘attachment’.
This love is not Love.

You are filled, burdened with attachments and go on missing Love.
All your attachments sooner or later bring misery not Love.

Your inner space without any emotional attachment and
available to the whole is the state of being in Love.
The whole includes your friends, relations, your people….and your things.
Then for the first time you Love them.

Peak, Valley and the state of Balance(Balance)

The sate of balance:
The state of balance is not being afraid of peak and valley.
The state of balance is not saying ‘no’ to both and drag the life to death.
It is surely not of life negative.

The state of balance is life affirmative.

It is saying ‘yes’ to both aspects of the emotion and enrich the life.

The sate of balance is to be with peak of excitement without any fantasy
and to be with valley with out any condemnation.
It is rejoicing the peak knowing very well that it won’t last forever.
It is rejoicing the valley also knowing very well that
it is another aspect of the same phenomenon.

By being true to your emotion, being totally with it
in total acceptance the state of balance happens.
And it enriches the life in all its dimensions.

In the very nature of existence the valley follows the peak.
Any desire reaches the peak and then fall in to the valley.
It is the nature of the flow of energy which is the basis for all excitement.
If there is no valley then there is no peak.

Every effort to reject the valley, to escape from the valley proves failure.
Because of this failure one feels guilt.

One who accepts only the peak and rejects the valley
makes the valley deeper and deeper which results in more pain and suffering.

Peak:

the very desire to make it lasts forever creates the tension.
In the very tension, in the very fear of losing the peak
one is always partial in experiencing the peak and misses the peak.

It is not only of missing the peak and also creating valley in the peak itself.
That’s the pain and suffering.

Worrying is the only sin

Because of the habit of worrying about the future,

The whole life passes with out living.

Worrying is the only sin.

You simply have to be available to life
that happens each moment in all its multiplicity.
Live in the present moment!

Expression, Suppression and Transformation

Any thought, emotion that arise we either express or suppress.
But there is one more way –Transformation.

Transformation:
The source for any thought or emotion is pure energy.
Energy as such is not harmful.
The triggered energy when expressed out or suppressed into the system is harmful.
The triggered energy has to be transcended, transformed.

Transformation happens through awareness.
Transformation is to be aware of the very source of thoughts and emotions
and allow them to fall back to the source itself.
For example: Anger is happening- be aware,
anger is triggered, arising, moving, and disappearing,
be aware of the whole process of anger without your interruption.
The energy triggered as anger neither wasted outside nor suppressed inside
but return back to the very source.

The more you become aware, the more you become master of yourself.
When you want to use it, you use it, when you don't want to use it, you remain silent. Transformation brings the true control over yourself, your life.

it is only the relief that we get on removal of that condition.
As the relief cannot be permanent; it lasts only for a few moments.
Even when we fulfill them, lead again to create new conditions.
We go on put new conditions to be happy.
We go on hankering for things just to get that relief,
and that relief is not lost long, and it not always fulfilled.

Bliss is simply being happy.
We are already happy.
There is no need to put some conditions to be happy.
There is no reason to find some cause to be happy.
Bliss is happiness with out any conditions.
Just being happy is bliss.
Bliss is our true nature.
Just being with our true nature is Blissful Life.

Through all our desires we are not really desire for these objects;
it is our desire for ‘more’; it is our desire to expand.
We don't want to remain confined; we don't want to be limited.

just to come out of these limitations, imprisonment.

As these objects of desire themselves are confined, limited
they can not bring infinite, expansion,
the ultimate freedom which we really desire.
Sooner or later we disappoint- that is the misery.

It is the wrong objects of desire bring misery
not that desire itself is misery, not that desire itself is wrong
because desire is our energy, it is our very source of existence.

It is only through right understanding that
no object can fulfill our desire; the desire is transformed
in to higher realm of life not by destroying.

The basic fear

When one is totally Aware, totally Conscious,
there is no possibility for pseudo self - false identity - ego to exist.

BLISS is the very nature of this state.

This is the ultimate flowering of mankind;

thinking – the inner talk, the inner noise goes on continuously.
We see and yet we don't see, we hear and yet we don't hear.
We are completely absent though we are awake.
We go on living in asleep even in this wakeful state.

We do all our actions superficially.
When we are eating – we are not aware, we just go on stuffing,
not enjoying the complete process of eating at all.
When we are walking – we go on the streets unconsciously,
not even aware that we are walking, that your legs are moving.
Our life has become mechanical, robotic.

With the complete exposure to the outer world realities,
the identity - ego becomes more concrete in this state.
The great complexity of oscillation among
present – past - future comes in to place with
the greater possibility of bondage and misery.
In this state there is no Bliss but there is knowledge of outer world.

General people, mass exist in this dimension.

Dreamful State:

With the content of the dream the false identity, ego arisen.
As the deep sleep is divided, disturbed misery has entered in.
The simplicity of the sleep state is lost and

All our dreams are past oriented;
the dreamful state is nothing but ripples from the past.
Through these dreams the whole world, samsara has entered.
It is a state of unconsciousness
as we have no control over our dreams.
Dreamful State has no bliss or intelligence.

Animals and birds exist in this Dreamful state.

Deep sleep State:

a state of deep sleep, where not even a dream exists.
In this state everything is united, at complete rest

there is no center as an ego arisen yet.
There is unity, oneness - but this unity is unconscious.

This is the state of absolute unconscious.
Only in the morning when you are awake again
you start getting some glimpses of deep rest,
reminding you that you were in some inner depth but
only in the morning - not at the time when you are in deep sleep,
only later that too you cannot figure it out clearly,
you cannot give any account of it.
You were in complete un awareness.

Since there is no oscillation of thoughts, there is no misery.
But this state of no-misery is not permanent and
it is a state of total unconsciousness.
So there is no possibility for intelligence and Bliss.

The whole of nature -mountains, rivers, trees, exists in this state.

The Power of integration

The means itself is the end and the path itself is the goal.

We enjoy our work not as a means to some end but end to itself.

Rejoicing is Richness

Life is Expansion of inner space,
which is so vast, open, and available

From form to formless

Man is composite manifestation of the
Five basic elemental energies (panchabhootas) of which the whole cosmos is composed.
These areEarth (Prthivi),
Water (Jala), Fire (Agni),
Air (Vayu) and
Space or Ether (Akasha).

Meditation is the process of attuning oneself to these
vital Life energies of within and to that of Existence as a whole.

In all our sacred rituals involve, the use of these elements
as a process of achieving this attunement.

Earth –Idol worship,
Water – Sprinkling of holy water and bath in the sacred rivers,
Fire – Camp fire, Yagas, yagnas,
Air – Chanting of mantras, Bhajans,
Space or Ether – Meditation.

As we clearly know from this, all our rituals are celebrations
on the path of spirituality in growing our consciousness f
rom idol worship (Earth -grossest form of energy)
to meditation (Space or Ether – subtlest form of energy)
in other words from Form to Formless.

Ganesh Chaturthi signifies this process by
celebrating the Creation of Ganesha idol in clay ( earth)
and performing all the rituals involving major vital elements and
then at the end of 10 days celebration immersing this idol
into the ocean ( From the form to formless).
